Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and products
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for material handling
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized workspaces
- Participate in cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid certification training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including overtime
