Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (including Reach Trucks and Counterbalance) in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers according to weight capacity and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties and equipment maintenance checks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required. We are looking for eager learners who can be trained on the job.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
