Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport inventory within the warehouse.
- Ensure safety compliance by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Manage inventory by accurately scanning items, checking stock levels, and verifying shipment contents.
- Maintain a clean workspace by sweeping floors, organizing pallets, and removing debris from aisles.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform daily equipment checks to ensure forklifts are in proper working order before starting shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift license through our training program (no prior experience required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory scanning and logging.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
