Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Organize and stack materials according to safety guidelines and inventory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Assist in inventory counts and document stock movements accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety compliance.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hiring.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
