Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist in receiving and shipping processes including documentation and verification
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance operational skills and safety awareness
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license required (company license test provided)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
