Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks and containers accurately, ensuring cargo security and organization.
- Conduct daily safety checks on machinery and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and organizing stock efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate heavy machinery in Indiana.
- Willingness to learn: We are looking for candidates eager to obtain their forklift certification through our paid training program.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety manuals and inventory logs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
