Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including proper stacking of inventory.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to learn and obtain required forklift certifications during training.
