Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Load and unload shipments accurately, ensuring proper handling of products to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Assist with inventory management by tagging, scanning, and verifying stock levels as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- No prior forklift experience is required as we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock counting purposes.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as business needs dictate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
