Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperature environments.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification on-site.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety documentation.
