Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Stack and organize inventory on shelves and pallets efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine quality checks on products before and after storage.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary: We provide on-the-job training and certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
