As a Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Stack and organize pallets according to company guidelines to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform daily inventory counts and document stock movements accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and reliability in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered).
