Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials and products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and retrieving inventory while maintaining accurate stock records.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to coordinate daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior forklift experience required; we will train you.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
