Job Summary
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You will be responsible for the safe movement of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding the highest safety standards in our facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of the forklift and work area.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for logging daily logs and inventory counts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
