Responsibilities
- Operate electric and gas forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the facility and loading docks.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Stack and organize inventory pallets accurately to optimize warehouse storage and retrieval.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by verifying stock levels and updating digital logs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo Forklift Certification training (training provided by employer).
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and order picking.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
