Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect forklift equipment before and after each shift to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage locations.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse area to prevent hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; on-site training and certification provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory verification.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols strictly.
