Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety standards at all times to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections and report any equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure efficient workflow and order accuracy.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
