Responsibilities
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs): Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report any equipment issues immediately.
- Material Handling: Organize and stack products efficiently to maximize warehouse space and workflow.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify shipments against packing lists and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn and a commitment to safety.
- Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
