Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Perform thorough daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all equipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Report damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Valid driver’s license (if driving company vehicles).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
