Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload trucks using precision equipment and strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records via WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts daily
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends for overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
