Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse facility
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Accurately inventory and track products using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Complete detailed paperwork for inventory and transport documentation
- Assist in cross-training for other warehouse roles as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
