Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse organization using digital systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document all material movements and inventory discrepancies accurately
- Assist in warehouse audits and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with 1+ years of recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in busy warehouse environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with RF scanning technology preferred
