Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse/distribution environments
- Accurately receive, store, and ship inventory using RF scanning systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Support inventory control and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/overtime
