Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and maintaining organized stockpiles.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment of products to clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including pallet wrapping and shrink-wrapping as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) with a valid license or certification.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
