Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory using RF scanning systems and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Support warehouse organization through proper stacking and storage of materials
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and maintaining dock areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
