Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and materials efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Load and unload trucks and containers accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexible schedule availability, including overtime and weekends as needed.
