Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) to move, load, and unload materials efficiently

- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper stacking and load balancing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure OSHA compliance
- Participate in weekend/evening overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends for overtime
