Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts and material handling equipment with precision
- Load/unload trucks and containers following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards 100% of the time
- Train new operators on equipment and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Valid Indiana driver's license (Class D minimum)
