Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods to meet production and shipping deadlines.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to organize workstations and optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
