Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tagging items during the receiving and shipping process.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
