Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Inspect equipment daily to identify any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and warehouse operations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packing and labeling.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging inventory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
