Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment according to OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy, ensuring proper documentation.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
