Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) for efficient material movement and stacking
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment pre/post-shift
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Load/unload trucks with precision and speed
- Support warehouse cleanup and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/shifts)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
