Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers using precise inventory control protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality assurance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and mandatory overtime
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with 2+ years recent experience
- Proficiency in RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- DOT medical certification and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Willingness to work overtime (10-20 hours weekly) and flexible schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for safety violations
