Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and compliant storage areas
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as operational needs require
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or equivalent certification)
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and inventory control principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
