Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient inventory management
- Document all material movements in digital tracking systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends/overtime as needed
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating yard trucks)
