Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment daily for optimal performance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory flow and dock schedules
- Accurately complete shipping/receiving documentation and inventory counts
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Work overtime shifts during peak production periods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
