Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Load/unload trucks using proper palletizing techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency
- Support year-end inventory and peak season rushes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends during peak times)
