Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts before/during shifts
- Verify inventory accuracy using scanning systems and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification training program
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
