Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper tagging and counting procedures.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Handle hazardous materials and heavy pallets with strict adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo paid forklift certification training.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
