Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) to load, unload, and move stock efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy of inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S standards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license may be required for warehouse driving duties.
