Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and stack materials with precision and care.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Verify inventory quantities and ensure accurate placement in designated storage zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping, receiving, and stocking quotas.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (Class 1, 3, or 4) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and tracking data.
