Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Manage inventory levels by accurately checking stock and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and material handling best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
