Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Accurately document inventory movements, stock levels, and order picking data using WMS.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety protocols and lifting procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license/certification required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
