Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in 24/7 warehouse environment
- Execute inventory rotation using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) protocols
- Maintain precise documentation via RF scanning systems
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for just-in-time deliveries
- Implement lean principles to optimize storage space utilization
- Train new operators on OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year sit-down forklift experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficiency in RF scanning technology
- Knowledge of hazardous material handling protocols
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends)
