Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Safely load/untract freight using pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong understanding of safety standards and hazard recognition
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Flexible availability including weekends (occasional)
