Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Execute inventory management tasks with precision using WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and hazard prevention
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Cincinnati facility
