Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our remote-friendly digital systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual and in-person communication
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material flow

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (remote work component)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills for hybrid team collaboration
- Valid Michigan driver's license
