Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our remote-friendly digital tracking system
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation from remote-accessible terminals
- Train new operators on safety and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting systems
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
