Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with precision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
