Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to load/unload shipments and transport goods within warehouse facilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization initiatives
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) and 2+ years of experience
- Proven ability to operate various forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
